Paul Curran is a Vancouver-born artist and illustrator who has been living in Tel Aviv since 2012. Alongside his work in the tech industry, he creates “Drawing Tel Aviv” — a colorful illustrated Instagram page dedicated to the city’s architecture, neighborhoods, and unique atmosphere.

Curran draws inspiration from Tel Aviv’s distinctive blend of old and new — Ottoman and British-era buildings alongside contemporary and modern architecture. Through his illustrations, he captures the city’s history, rhythm, and everyday life.
