Tel Aviv was founded in 1909.
From 1921, the momentum of development of Tel Aviv began (thanks to the Third Aliyah).
In the years 1924–1939, the fourth and fifth aliyah brought many immigrants from Central Europe to the city. And Tel Aviv began to take on its bourgeois character.
