Sometimes the house is just an excuse so we can put a roof on it
When I was a kid I used to paint regularly and without exception, a house with a roof and a chimney. I would even add smoke, apparently that's what everyone in the garden did. But to tell the truth, I never linked the chimney from the painting to a wood-burning fireplace located in the living room that heats the entire house. I did not imagine a family sitting on a cold winter day playing a monopoly on the sound of whispering coals. This is how it is when you live in the city, a fireplace is not part of the culture you grow up on. But it turns out that Nahariya of 1939, knew other things.
